State Governments Taking Back Their Rights

It started in Montana, where the state government just passed legislation that says any guns or ammunition produced inside state lines that remain inside state lines cannot be regulated by the federal government.

Now, other states are following suit—with some, such as Representative Carl Wimmer’s, state of Utah turning it up a notch.

Carl Wimmer  will discuss the nuts and bolts of this new, potential-wildfire exercise of states rights that may very well turn the feds’ progressive, big-government agenda completely upside down and inside out.

Wimmer and his colleagues in the Utah government are working on legislation similar to Montana’s, but with a wider perspective that says any further gun bans passed by Congress that are in violation of the Constitution will not be recognized in Utah.

Meanwhile, in Texas, the state government is looking at exercising its 10th Amendment rights by establishing that it will not acknowledge any mandate imposed by the federal government that is not fully authorized by the U.S. Constitution.
